Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center- Week of Giving

April 18, 2016

On April 25, Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center is launching a new tradition of sharing and community outreach via social media–The Week of Giving. During this five-day period, individuals will be encouraged to share their personal stories about the Medical Center’s impact. You may also become an ambassador and encourage your social media groups to participate in the Week of Giving. Here are some recommended topics of discussion:

Monday – The Voice of One
Tell people what the Week of Giving is–a week-long campaign when people talk about what Wake Forest Baptist means to them and why–and how they can get involved.

Tuesday – Share Your One
Share what area of WFBMC means the most to you. Encourage people to donate to that area or their own area of interest.

Wednesday – Why Wednesday
Today is when you share
why you support that particular area and/or your experience with WFBMC. It’s a perfect day to share photos or videos!

Thursday – Challenge Day
Challenge your connections, family and friends to participate! Design your own (10 friends to like the Brenner Children’s Facebook page by 10 a.m.; 5 people to give $5 in the next 55 minutes; etc.) or just encourage them to share their experience with Wake Forest Baptist.

Friday – The Reach of One
Share a story you read, a photo you saw or something you learned during the Week of Giving, and learn how far the messaging of the week reached
