Step 1: Mark your calendar for Sunday, September 6 through Saturday, September 12, 2020.
Step 2: Peruse our listing of locally owned restaurants in Halifax County (and check out the links to their websites or social media pages) to plot your course. Note that several restaurants will be offering a special for the week, factor that into your decisions. Here’s a list of the locally owned restaurants in #HalifaxVA: Restaurant Week Celebration Dining Options
Step 3: Most restaurants do not require a reservation; however, Bistro 1888 and Molasses Grill do. Call ahead to reserve your table.
Step 4: With your course plotted, hit your top spots during the Restaurant Week Celebration. Restaurants are offering dine in, take out, and curbside pickup.
Step 5: Order your favorite dish or use this special celebration to try something new. Again, not every restaurant will have a special, this is a dining out CELEBRATION and not the traditional restaurant week. Let’s support our community. As of today, September 2, the following restaurants are offering specials: Darby’s Tavern, O Sole Mio, Southern Plenty Café, and Spainhour’s. (Link coming soon!)
Step 6: Savor your meal and enjoy being out (socially distanced, of course) or from the comfort of your own home. Breathe. Relax. And there are no dishes!
