Then, from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, the Second Annual Hispanic Heritage Month Festival will take place at Mac ‘Bear’ Hodges Festival Park on the beautiful Washington waterfront. The City of Washington presents the event, which aims to highlight and celebrate our Latino community and the beauty of its culture. The festival will feature entertainment, food trucks, and family fun.
