Local party band, 6th N Main, will provide live music for the SoBo Brew Fest 5K & Block Party slated for Independence Day, July 4, 2021 in Downtown South Boston from 5 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Destination Downtown South Boston and Halifax County Tourism host the annual craft beer festival.
"We are thrilled to have 6th N Main on the stage," stated LaTonya Sadler Hamilton, Halifax County Tourism Director. "They bring it with every song, play a variety of music, and have so much energy. We think festival-goers will love the band."
The SoBo Brew Fest, Halifax County’s craft beer festival, will host a 5K race and a block party to celebrate Independence Day and show off the county’s newest attraction, Factory Street Brewing Company. The block party will he held on Factory Street between Seymour Drive and Arch Street. Tickets to the event are $15 and are on sale online at: sobobrewfest.com and at the South Boston/Halifax County Visitor Center or Destination Downtown South Boston office. The band will take the SoBo Brew Fest stage at 6 p.m. With melodic harmonies, swinging percussion, rockin’ bass, a jammin’ guitar, and sultry horns, 6th N Main brings beach music, classics, and top hits to life. The band has played the 2018 Cantaloupe Festival, Danville Festival in the Park, Cooper’s Landing in Clarksville, weddings, and social events.
