Long in the works and now officially open for business, the brand new Big Creek Lodge provides much-needed additional entertainment space for guests the Luna Trail. Big Creek Lodge offers food services for all events and other meals during your stay, as well as 9 additional bedrooms upstairs.

The Lodge is located on a hilltop on the opposite end of the property from The Venue, and it has some tremendous views of Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock. From the second floor, guests can also enjoy views of Sauratown Mountain. Convenient porticos protect the 2 main entrances and allow guests to drop off safely in any weather. A large pergola extends along the eastern side of the building, complete with hanging cafe lights, fans, and 3 fire tables.

The Ceremony Room is completely lined inside and out with a Doggett Stone veneer, interrupted only by the the multitude of windows spotlighting the beautiful views of Pilot Mountain and Hanging Rock. There is a large open area for the main Event Center room, complete with recessed ceilings up to 13 feet high and vertical tongue and groove paneling to 8 feet high.

The Bar Area is adjacent to the Event Center and will serve as the main bar for events. The Bar Area features a large fireplace, in addition to comfortable sitting areas. The Restaurant area is multi-purpose, primarily serving as the main area for weekend guests to enjoy other meals outside of the events, as well as serving as the main buffet area during events and also as a convenient lounging area for guests.

Upstairs, each of the 9 bedrooms boasts its own private deck overlooking the beautiful views. Of course, all areas of the venue are heated and air conditioned, with a total of 6 restrooms to accommodate our larger groups.
